for fast mechanical seal replacement, high system reliability and short downtimes

RFG agitators stand for high availability with optimized agitator maintenance. This agitator series’ design enables customers to remove the mechanical seal from the side in the shortest possible time without dismantling the motor or gearbox. For the customer, this means minimal space requirements for maintenance work, short production downtimes and minimal personnel deployment. The installation position can vary from above or below.

• One-piece agitator lantern made of gray cast iron in accordance with DIN
• Double bearing / with or without flexible coupling
• Shaft diameter 60 mm – 200 mm
• Seal removal without dismantling the agitator
• ATEX approval
• Options e.g. cooling flange, speed measurement, shaft catching device, shaft catching ring or shaft foot bearing
