HOESCH Agitator Series RT –
Side Entry Agitator
HOESCH RT series agitators are used for a wide range of operating conditions in the most diverse industrial applications for side entry installation in agitator vessels. They are designed and manufactured for continuous operation and the maximum dynamic loads that occur. They are characterized by their high reliability, long service life and years of trouble-free operation. The main features of this agitator series are smooth running with optimized conveying capacity and advanced design with shut-off device for seal replacement when the tank is full.
- Motor power up to 90 kW
- Power transmission via V-belt, flat gearbox or bevel gearbox
- Bearing lantern in robust and rigid cast design
- Shaft sizes from 40 to 120 mm
- Materials in contact with the product Stainless steel or highly corrosive-resistant alloys, e.g. 1.4529
Mechanical seal
- Single-acting, product-lubricated mechanical seal independent of direction of rotation, specially developed for use in agitators and abrasive suspensions or double-acting mechanical seal with supply systems
HOESCH shut-off device (standstill seal)
- Enables fast and reliable seal replacement without emptying the tank (below liquid level)
